Italian Sausage and Veggie Pasta.

Italian food doesn’t have to compromise your weight loss system. Just get two ounces of whole wheat pasta, half a cup of spaghetti sauce, one Italian-style chicken sausage, two cloves of minced garlic, half a cup of chopped mushrooms, half a cup of chopped onions, half a cup of chopped zucchini, and some grated Parmesan cheese. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box, heat the other things all together for about 12 minutes, until the veggies are tender, and mix it together.

Healthy Cookout.

Your weight loss system doesn’t have to be devoid of some cookout food. Get an organic beef frank, half a cup of baked beans, a whole-wheat hot dog bun, half a tablespoon of mustard, and half a tablespoon of sweet relish. Cook it as you normally would, and you have a meal that’s less than 500 calories!

Stuffed Chili and Cheese Potato.

No one said you couldn’t have a lovely, stuffed baked potato in your weight loss system. This fast meal just needs one medium potato, half a cup of vegetarian chili, two cups of frozen broccoli, and a quarter-cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave the potato for about seven minutes. Wrap it up in foil and let it set for another five minutes. Heat up the chili and broccoli together in a pan. Then, cut open your potato and top it with your chili, broccoli, and some cheese.
